  Rear suspension lower arms reinforced with angle section (check local regulations, 
  if welding isn't allowed hose-clamps can work). Some people also put an angle 
  section protector on the panhard rod.

  Reinforced bumper iron 
  - "...weld a plate to cap the end of the iron off inside 
  the chassis, Kind of a circle of steel welded to the end of it. I used 3mm steel 
  and I never managed to rip them out (nearly given myself whiplash trying though!)
